This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, a lovely lounge bar, and 24-hour reception. I remember the staff's helpful wake-up call during my first stay. Highly recommend for a comfortable visit, and I'm coming back for Easter.

perfect central base for exploring the vibrant heart of the city
I loved that our hotel was just a few steps from the picturesque Sanborns de los Azulejos and the stunning Monument to the Revolution, making it super easy to explore the city on foot and enjoy the breathtaking views around every corner.

The Ritz Ciudad De Mexico offers an exceptional central location perfect for business travelers. The staff was highly accommodating and efficiently assisted with setting up my presentation equipment. The rooms were newly renovated, with comfortable beds and a clean environment, making it a pleasant stay. I particularly appreciated the breakfast, which featured freshly baked pastries and a variety of options.
Some noise from the street might disrupt sleep.

The room was okay, but it had its issues. The floor was dusty, and the bathroom had some spots that could've been cleaner. The sheets had a few stains, but at least they smelled fresh. Hot water was hit or miss during my stay. Thankfully, my AC was working, but some guests were told there might be issues due to renovations—it would have been nice to know that upfront. It’s not a place to luxuriate, but it was fine for crashing after a long day out.

modern aesthetic, superb location, close to historical square
The lobby needs renovation!!! Elevators are small and in dire need of repair!!! Sound insulation is poor. street musicians create constant noise disturbances!!!

The stay was fantastic, especially when Edgar and the front desk team organized our private driver and tours that made exploring the city so easy. With a great pool and a cozy lounge, relaxing was a breeze. However, the bathroom's glass door felt a bit odd for privacy, but that didn’t take away from our overall awesome experience. 😊

The Standard Double Room provided a clean space, with decent comfort for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Located right in the pedestrian street, tons of attractions like the Zocalo, Torre Latinoamericana, and Palacio de Bellas Artes are a short walk away, making it a perfect launchpad for sightseeing.
Not all rooms are created equal. mine was somewhat noisy due to its proximity to a bustling street and cleaning staff working early in the back of the hotel. Lastly, it's a hassle dragging luggage across a busy block since taxis can't pull up right to the entrance, and the lobby lacks the elegance it once had.

Request a room away from the elevators to minimize noise and light disturbances during your stay.

Had a great time with friends! The location is perfect for visiting the main square and the nearby museums. The staff was super helpful, making our stay enjoyable, and they arranged some fantastic tours. Just a heads up, there’s no fridge in the room, so keep that in mind if you want to store snacks!
The elevators were frustrating. They were small and felt outdated, which made it quite annoying to deal with, especially during busy times.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We visited the nearby Zocalo and the stunning Palacio de Bellas Artes. Super friendly staff helped arrange tours. Keep in mind there’s no fridge in the rooms and some noise from street musicians, but overall it was great. Perfect for a fun getaway with a good breakfast buffet.
Be aware that I had a rough experience with a taxi from the hotel. the driver charged me way more than expected. It left a bad taste after a long day.

The Standard Double Room was pretty decent. Beds were comfortable, and the room had a good amount of space. It was quiet despite being near the elevator, which was surprising. Natural light came in through the courtyard windows, which was nice. The hotel is undergoing renovations, so that was a bit of a hassle, but overall the cleanliness was on point.
